1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the GrowPos platform ("Service"), you ("User") agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Service. By using GrowPos, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Subscription & Payments
- All subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period (annual).
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Midtrans). GrowPos does not store your payment card details.
- Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
4. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through GrowPos are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with the Service, or business closure. Please evaluate the Service carefully before purchasing. By completing a payment, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for all data, transactions, and activities conducted through your account.
- You must keep your login credentials secure and confidential. You are responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Any data you enter into the platform (menu items, transactions, employee records, etc.) is your sole responsibility. GrowPos is not liable for data entered in error.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
GrowPos reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may cause downtime. GrowPos shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, content, trademarks, and materials within the Service are the exclusive property of GrowPos. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GrowPos does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowPos and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.
